Is there a complete book list?

I have a question about one of your books…

Yay! I love answering reader questions.

Click here for my Ask Me Anything form. Your question might be featured in one of my newsletters.

You can also click here to contact me directly.

How can I stay up to date on your work?

You can join my Discord (click here) or follow me on social media. Instagram is my most active account (click here).

I also send out an email newsletter about twice a month with all the updates. Click here to join my newsletter!

Do you have a reading order for your books?

Each of my series can be read on its own, and several series have stand-alone books that can also be read in any order. Most of my series do take place in the same world, though. If you’d like to know more, click here for my suggested reading order.

Do you have any completed series?

Yes! Most of my series are complete:

Flame and Blade

Deceptions and Dragons

Fallen Hearts

Killers of the Towers

I’m still writing the Snake and Crown series.

Do you have any free books?

If you want to try my books, I have three novellas that are always free – click here for those.

I also run freebies on my novels a few times a year. Click here to join my newsletter and get updates whenever I have a sale, a freebie, or a special deal.

What is your stance on AI?

I do not use AI to write my books.

I don’t want to! Writing my books is the fun part. I’ve been writing and publishing for a decade – far longer than AI has been generating sentences – and I genuinely don’t see the appeal of using AI to write my story.

For the guy at the cocktail party who told me it would be “easier” if I used AI to write my books… screw you, asshole.

I don’t write because it’s easy.

For further nuance, I do use Grammarly when I’m doing a second and third pass of my manuscript before I send it off to my human editor. (I turn it off when I’m writing my first draft, though, because it’s annoying AF.)

Grammarly, like a lot of computer programs these days, shoves AI into everything. So, yes, AI helps me spot typos, and my human editor at Twin Tweaks Editing tells me when my characters are wearing totally different outfits two pages later in the same scene.

Do you write all of your books yourself?

Yup!

I do not, however, edit all of my books on my own. I very happily work with Twin Tweaks editing to polish my books before they launch.

How can I get a signed book?

At this point, I don’t have my own store for signed copies of my books. It is on my list of “Things I’d Love to Do!”

I do occasional book signings in New England. I also open a street team for a few weeks before releasing a new book, and I offer signed paperbacks to that team.

If you’re interested, click here to join my newsletter, and I’ll let you know about my next book signing.

How can I support your work?

Thanks for asking!

Aside from buying my books – thank you! – the single biggest thing you can do to support independent authors is to write a review on the website of your choosing. Long, short, clever, to the point, anything works. Reviews are the most important factor in the decision to take a chance on a new author. They literally make my career, and I really do read every single one.
