Thank you.

I love you guys!

I had a lot of fun, and a few tears, writing Monster of the Dagger Mountains, and I’ve been ready to share it with the world for months.

Of course, I was terrified too.

This book takes a few unusual twists. There’s Kira and her magic and the romantic (?) setting of a tiny, run-down cabin in the woods. There’s no royal intrigue. Hells, Reznyk is a vegetarian.

I loved it. But would anyone else?

So I hit “publish,” crossed my fingers, and cried.

And you guys?

You picked it up. You went to the Dagger Mountains. You stayed up late at night with Kira and Reznyk, discovering the truth behind the Towers’s lies, meeting the old god, and hearing the direwolves howl.

Hearing from you, and reading your reviews, is what keeps me going. I can’t do any of this without you, and every one of Monster of the Dagger Mountains 100+ (!!) reviews is a little whisper in my head, saying, “don’t you dare stop!”

Thank you. Thank you all. You make the journey worth it in the end.

And we’ll return to the Towers in April, when we meet up with Syrus and Veloria…
